The vision and goals process initiated in 1998 led our congregation to examine where we are going (vision<\/strong>),
what we\u2019ll do in ministry to get there (mission<\/strong>),
and what we find important in doing ministry (core ministry values<\/strong>).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    As part of the Christian Reformed denomination, we value:<\/p>\n

    • preaching and teaching based on the truths of God\u2019s Word with the goal of making us more Christlike<\/li>\n \t
    • the final authority of Scripture for all faith and life issues<\/li>\n \t
    • Reformed doctrine\n
        \n \t
      • God rules over all areas of our lives<\/li>\n \t
      • God works through all of history to save His world<\/li>\n \t
      • God establishes a covenant relationship with us saying, \u201cI am your God; you are my people\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n \t
      • Kingdom work that can be seen and experienced in all areas of life eg. education, politics, labour, justice, etc.<\/li>\n \t
      • organization of ministries and church discipline through channels provided by the Christian Reformed denomination<\/li>\n \t
      • nurture and discipleship carried out within the context of family and relationship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
